Not many emcees outside of the Griselda Records crew/label, Eto and Ghostface Killah have put out quite the pressure with the amount of releases they’ve had in the past 1 1/2 or two as Styles P has. So it makes perfect sense that as the Yonkers emcee gets ready to put out his second album solo album this year and fourth within the past two calendar years dating back to May of last year, that he would appropriately name his latest solo album and 12th solo album overall, Pressure. Set to drop this Friday Nov. 15th, Styles gets fans ready for his newest release by yesterday releasing/debuting his newest single, Brand New, along with its Benji Filmz-directed accompanying video. Which finds SP giving us those raw and conscious street Hip-Hop bars/lyrics we’ve always come to expect, as he performs the track around his hometown of Yonkers and even in front of his fellow The LOX groupmate, Jadakiss, juice bar, Juices for Life, they co-own together. Styles shows that when it comes to raw emceeing and dropping those hard raw street Hip-Hop there’s not to many better that do it better. With winter and hoody season in effect for most on the East, the Midwest and many parts of the U.S., his new album is sure to provide the perfect backdrop for this sure to be tough upcoming Winter months.
