U-God Gives Us That Classic Wu Sound, Shows Why Wu-Tang Clan Is Still Epicenter of Hip-Hop, On New Single feat. Raekwon, Inspectah Deck & Scotty Wotty

One of the near forgotten members of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, U-God is back on his ish for 2018 to help the Clan celebrate it’s 25th year silver anniversary of their groundbreaking and game-changing debut, Enter The 36 Chambers.  Delivering through a premiere with HotNewHipHop earlier today the lead single, Epicenter, from his upcoming fifth solo album, Venom.  The new track finding Golden Arms teaming up with DJ Green Lantern for the second time in two and a half weeks.  As the duo teamed up for U-God’s, Bring Back God II mixtape released earlier this month, which he hosted.

Now Green Lantern handling production and giving us that classic soul kung-fu sample based backdrop for Golden Arms and his fellow Clan members, Raekwon and Inspectah Deck, as well as Scotty Wotty to show why years later, they’re still among the best emcees and the epicenter of Hip-Hop.

Having the following to say in a statement to the website about the new single, “Wu-Tang is forever and will always represent the epicenter of Hip-Hop, me and my brothers throwing darts back that’s that Park Hill $hit, watch out we causing Tsunamis of swagger up in this motherfuc**.”
