Benny The Butcher & Harry Fraud Drop New Single, Thanksgiving

Benny the Butcher is easily on one of the best current runs in Hip-Hop over the last two plus years. Starting with Tana Talk 3 at the end of 2018 before releasing critically-acclaimed and streets certified, The Plugs I Met EP in June 2019. A mere seven months after Tana Talk 3. Then releasing with his Griselda Records crew/labelmates Westside Gunn and Conway the Machine their major label debut on Shady Records, W.W.C.D. in November of 2019.

The Butcher wouldn’t stop there. As last year in 2020 and the first year of a new decade. The Buffalo emcee would release his critically-acclaimed latest solo album, Burden of Proof. That was all produced by Hit-Boy and landed on many top albums of the year-end lists. Benny would certify himself as a true star. By also recently making his acting debut earlier this year in Griselda’s first foray into films with, Conflicted. Which Griselda and Benny’s Black Soprano Family also released the accompanying soundtrack.

With all his recent success. Benny now looks to return to his, The Plugs I Met series. By getting set to release, The Plugs I Met 2 EP, a week from today on March 19th. First announced last year around the time he dropped, Burden of Proof. Unlike the first, Plugs I Met, that had multiple producers. This will be all produced by Harry Fraud with features from Chinx, 2 Chainz, Fat Joe, French Montana, Jim Jones and Rick Hyde. With the first single, Thanksgiving being released today. That finds Benny over the very cinematic production from Fraud. Rapping about his work he did in the trenches and streets, as well as how everyone should thank him and give him his just due for doing so.
