Terrace Martin Isn’t Intimidated In Video For New Single ft. Lalah Hathaway & Rapsody

Terrace Martin has been saying about dropping a new solo new album for about two or three years now.  The producer, saxophonist, and multi-faceted artist has been dropping multiple videos and/or singles over the past several weeks, doing so again with his newest single, Intimidated, a few days ago.  Releasing along with the very beautiful new Lalah Hathaway and Rapsody featured record, the just as beautiful accompanying Jasper Graham-directed black-and-white video.  Which sees Martin, sans Hathaway and Rapsody in the new clip, trying to spit game to a beautiful young woman from an ad space at a bus stop in his hometown of Los Angeles before trying to pursue her on the bus ride, walks in the city and finally getting intimate and catching her attention from a billboard sign.  Yet another beautifully great and amazing single and video from the Crenshaw, Los Angeles native that shows why he is among my favorite artists and been so for about the past 6-8 years.  Perhaps this hopefully means his long-awaited next solo album, Drones, that is the followup to his Grammy-nominated, Velvet Portraits, that was released in 2016, is on the way too.
