YBN Cordae’s Nightmares Are Real, In Spooky Nightmarish New Video ft. Pusha T

Back in July, YBN Cordae dropped his debut album, The Lost Boy, and what surprisingly was not only one of the best Hip-Hop albums of the year, but possibly one of the top albums of the whole year across all music.  Still promoting the album, the 2019 XXL Freshmen returns with what’s already the fifth music video from the album.  For one of the best tracks from the album in the Pusha T featured, Nightmares Are Real.  The new APLUS Filmz-directed video finding spooky and trippy things that appear like nightmares happen around a haunted mansion, as both Cordae and Pusha rewind to tell their stories from where they started in the rap game to get to where they are now.  The new visual definitely takes cues from and looks like it was even inspired by nightmarish like scenarios that happened in Jordan Peele’s horror movie classic, Us, that was released earlier this year.  Which really brilliantly helps bring the nightmarishly good collabo even more to life.
