Corinne Bailey Rae Delivers Hauntingly Beautiful & Gracefully Stunning New Video/Single, Peach Velvet Sky

Corrine Bailey Rae is as free and creative as ever on her just released new single, Peach Velvet Sky. That was released yesterday as the latest single from her highly-anticipated and long-awaited fourth solo album, Black Rainbows. That is set to release in a little less than a month on, Sept. 15th.

The hauntingly beautiful and gracefully stunning new record that finds Bailey Rae so beautifully and gracefully singing about the true life slave liberation story of Harriet Jacobs. That happened in the 1800s. Which Bailey Rae rediscovered recently after again re-reading Jacobs’ self-written autobiography, Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl.

The Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter, also yesterday debuting through Vevo. A just as hauntingly beautiful and gracefully stunning new Gregory Berg-directed accompanying video. Which features UK dancer/choreographer, Mayowa Ogunnaike as well as Bailey Rae so beautifully and gracefully dancing very beautifully graceful movements. While she also sings the haunting, yet beautifully liberating lyrics to bring the record even more to life.
