Ghostface Killah Debuts Fun & Colorfully Creative, Yet Simple New Video, Metaphysics

Over a month has passed since living legend and Hip-Hop icon, Ghostface Killah, dropped his long-awaited and critically-acclaimed latest album, Supreme Clientele 2. Ghostface returning to said album today by just a few short hours ago debuting through Vevo a brand new WHIPALO-directed accompanying video for one of the album’s most standout tracks, Metaphysics.

A fun and colorfully creative, yet simple video that opens with Ghostface Killah in a very fly pink leather New York jacket and blue jeans with a New York Yankees fitted cap. A backdrop behind Ghost that reads, Metaphysics, on it and also in a big blue fur jacket with matching backwards cap and shades with a detective style board behind him that has newspaper clippings of things related to metaphysics, Supreme Clientele 2 and other things related to Ghostface. Ghost rapping his very standout and creatively witty bars such as, “I could put my mama face on the pancake box. The young kids is in a frenzy like my n***a K-Dot. See, I don’t need the sun, Ghost stay hot. I need them two spaceships real quick like Rae got. And I don’t wear flip-flops. Fvck if they Louis or Gucci. Picture me walkin’ in them shits at the movies. I’m not about the feminine. Yeah, yeah, I crush them, man. Your handshake is weak, dog. Your body on the estrogen? But anyway, I put work in like a Mexican.” Ghost actually going in a freezer where he sees a mini version of himself next to Ghostface Killah branded 40 oz bottles, as he raps those verses. Elsewhere in the video Ghostface Killah is also seen rapping while a spin wheel behind him with the name of each of his solo album’s spins around. Overall it is a pretty fun and though simple, still colorfully creative video. That really allows the viewers of the video to focus on the several clever and creatively fun, as well as witty great bars Ghostface Killah raps on the track. We have grown accustomed to love Ghostface for so much over his illustriously storied career.
