7xvethegenius has quietly been an integral part of Conway the Machine’s Drumwork Music Group. Contributing to several of Conway’s album’s and projects since the deluxe version of Conway’s critically-acclaimed debut album, From King to a GOD, was released in 2020. Also releasing her very own stellar DJ Green Lantern-hosted project, The Genius Tape, just last year in June. While now 7xvethegenius is finally set to release her debut Drumwork project with, Death Of Deuce. That is set to be released on Oct. 11th.
The Drumwork Music Group rep given us our first taste of the new project with her powerful just released new Camoflauge Monk-produced single, Psalm. That features 7xvethegenis’ Drumwork labelmate, Jae Skeese. Both 7xvethegenius delivering bars on the track such as, “And when they find out who I am I don’t want attention. Just put me with the GOATs when my name is finally mentioned. My mother was in the kitchen. My father was not around. He missed him a couple of steps. This ain’t no Bobby Brown.” While Skeese adds such standout bars as, “I be feelin’ like failin’ is not a choice in my list of options (Why?). I’m fifteen plus in this sh*t. No way that the kid is novice. Been goin’ hard for this long and n***as is still unconscious. Ain’t never take verses off, I constantly spit obnoxious (C’mon).” That show why Conway signed them as the faces of his new label when he launched Drumwork just about four year’s ago.
