Quavo’s distinctive style and signature melody bringing a fresh new take to the classic record alongside Lenny’s newly recorded vocals that make the new single work rather surprisingly well and though not as good as the original. Still a worthy remake that is nearly almost as good.
The duo of Quavo and Kravitz also debuting through Vevo earlier today alongside the single. A very captivating new black-and-white Jake Nava directed accompanying video for the record. That is very similar to the electrifying classic black-and-white video for the original Kravitz classic. This new video seeing both Quavo and Kravitz inside an empty room with a stage and blaring speakers. As the palpable synergy and energy with one another working together so seamlessly is on full display. Quavo and Kravitz rocking out and get up close and personal a few times, while giving a very electrifying and captivating performance of the new record together. That really brings the very electrifying vibes of the new single and record even more to life.
