When it comes to that gritty and gutter street New York Hip-Hop a lot of us love. You think of M.O.P. and the First Family. So it should be no surprise that the world-famous and legendary Mash Out Posse has connected with fellow N.Y. emcee, Teflon. For his hard-hitting and gritty just released new DJ Premier-produced single, The Thoro Side.
A very thorough and rugged new track. That finds Billy Danze kicking things off with a rugged guest verse. Right before his M.O.P. counterpart, Lil’ Fame delivers some humorous hard-hitting rhymes over Preemo’s triumphantly punctuating production. That includes some spine-chilling strings and Preem’s signature cuts. Which has samples of lines from Nas and longtime M.O.P. affiliate, Foxx.
Teflon, himself also closing out the track with a very rugged and solid verse. To show why him, M.O.P. and the rest of the family are still not to be fvcked with. As you can hear from his verses of, ”Hit ’em with the blueprint. The streets approved it. M.O.P. just ain’t any team, we a movement. So introducing the new sh*t from the cats that gave a lot of cats they influence.”
