Combat and fighting movies that originated from either popular video games or action figures. Back in April of this year and with the success of the new reboot of their Mortal Kombat film franchise. Focus and anticipation has now been building in recent months for Hasbro’s very popular G.I. Joe reboot of their own film franchise. With, Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins.
Directed by Robert Schwentke and starring Henry Golding as the very popular G.I. Joe character, Snake Eyes. It also stars Andrew Koji as Storm Shadow, Úrsula Corberó as Baroness, Samara Weaving as Scarlett, Haruka Abe as Akiko, Tahehiro Hira as Kenta and Iko Uwais as Hard Master. It’s set to hit Theatres, Dolby Cinema and IMAX this Friday, July 23rd.
