Chicago emcee Vic Spencer is getting set to release his highly-anticipated next solo album, Psychological Cheat Sheet, a week from today on Feb. 28th. So to prepare fans the Chicago native debuted his first new music of the year and decade with the premiere of his Kenautis Smith-directed video, Rehab Resort, earlier today. The very smooth and chill new August Fanon-produced track showing why Spencer is not only one of the dopest emcees in Chicago, but all of Hip-Hop for much of the better part of the last decade.
