Conway The Machine Drops New Single, Tito’s Back ft. Benny The Butcher & Westside Gunn

While everyone, myself admittedly included, have said how that nobody in Hip-Hop is really fvcking with the consistently dope material that Top Dawg Entertainment and/or Dreamville Records have put out for the last few years.  Thinking things over again we may all be wrong and the Griselda Records label/crew of Conway the Machine, Benny the Butcher and Westside Gunn really has all of Hip-Hop and mainly the streets in a stranglehold like no other.  Just like the likes of former professional wrestlers such as Chris Benoit, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and several others they have payed homage to over the years.

Conway looks to keep that stranglehold going with the release of his very gritty and grimey new single, Tito’s Back.  Of course featuring his Griselda brethren Benny the Butcher and Westside Gunn, it finds The Machine going back and forth with Benny like the tag team of Hall & Nash, as they spit that usual raw authentic street lyrics about their vivid street tales on the block over the very gritty and sinister piano-laden Daringer-produced backdrop.

While Westside adds that sh*t talking towards the end with an arsenal of what has become his signature ad-libs of, “Doot doot doot doot doot doot doot doot doot
Doot doot doot doot doot doot doot doot doot!” & “Boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom!”  Which is now recognized across not just all of Hip-Hop, but the world of beyond just music.

Nobody is really making art in its highest form in all of not only Hip-Hop, but across all of music right now in the way Griselda is.  This latest new single off Conway’s upcoming just newly announced new project, Look What I Became… , which is set to drop next Friday, Sept. 12th, just the latest example.

This just an appetizer to hold fans over for what is a very busy next few months for Griselda.  Which will see the release of their highly-anticipated group/crew Shady Records album, What Would Chine Gun Do, later this month and Conway’s very own highly-anticipated major label debut album with Shady, God Don’t Make Mistakes.  Which is currently set for an October release.  The GxFx crew/label looking to end what has already been a pretty productive and big 2019 with an even bigger, Bang! and more momentum into 2020.  Looking for perhaps an even bigger year next year too.
