Cozz Set To Play Chicago’s SubT For Chicago Date Of Upcoming, The Effected Tour

Los Angeles-based emcee Cozz is one of the best kept secrets of a rising Westcoast scene that’s arguably the best in all of Hip-Hop right now and is set to hit Chicago’s Subterranean (or SubT as it’s known by most) on May 26th for the Chicago date of his upcoming headlining, The Effected Tour.

Presented by Sean Healy Presents, the Chicago date is probably also one of the more anticipated dates of the whole tour.  As Chicago is almost like a second home for many L.A. artists with it being the Midwest and a lot of artists that are originally from Chicago later moving to L.A. to pursue their entertainment careers.

The fact that Cozz is also part of J. Cole’s Dreamville Records, which has so many talented artists.  Chicago’s very own Omen included and their appreciation for great Hip-Hop is why I’m sure this show is very anticipated and will have a very great reception from the Chicago crowd for the youngest emcee of the very talented roster of great rising Hip-Hop and R&B talent that Cole has put together with Dreamville over the past few years.

The fact that Cozz put out what’s still one of the best Hip-Hop albums of the year thus far with, Effected, definitely helps too.  It’s definitely a show that isn’t to be missed from one of the greatest rising young talents in all of Hip-Hop right now and should be one heck of a show with the venue it’s being played at being one of the more intimate and great ones in all of Chicago right now for Hip-Hop.  So be sure to get tickets if you haven’t yet.
