Fresh off the recent Ruff Ryders Reunion show at Barclays Center just a week and a half ago and completing their own lengthy promo tour for their recent comeback album, Filthy America… It’s Beautiful, Yonks trio, The LOX have been pretty busy since signing their new deal towards the end of last year with Roc Nation.
Group member Styles P even going on his own mini tour with fellow veteran emcee Talib Kweli in support of their collabo EP, The Seven, they released just a few weeks ago. While the legendary trio finally found time in between all of that to earlier today release a new freestyle over Rick Ross popular standout track, Santorini Greece off Rozay’s recent Rather You Than Me album.
With how familiar SP, Jadakiss and Sheek Louch already are with the soulfullness of Bink!-produced tracks like this one, it’s the perfect backdrop for them to reflect on their careers, all the way from their drug dealing beginnings to the transition of when they first signed with Puff and Bad Boy, all the way up till now.
