Move over Christine O’Donnell and Sarah Palin – here comes Jimmy McMillan. McMillan is running for Governor of New York on “The Rent is Too Damn High Party” ticket.
And, he means business. McMillan schooled his fellow New York politicians yesterday with political deft and charm we haven’t seen in generations at the New York Gubernatorial debate Monday night. This is a man on a mission who doesn’t give a damn. In this era of America, we are thirsty for politicians who tell it like it is and McMillan more than fits the bill. He has a simple message that’s brilliant, simple, and to the point – the rent is too damn high in America. And, his message became the springboard for his own political party – thus The Rent is Too Damn High party.
