RIM working on a Blackberry tablet to compete with the iPad

Hot on the heels of Apple’s game-changing iPad, Research In Motion is rumored to be working on its own tablet.  It was originally expected to be released later this year, and running Google’s Android OS, but has now been pushed back to 2011 and using BlackBerry OS 6.0, according to The Street contributor, Soctt Moritz.

RIM is not the first to push back their plans on tablets; quite a few other companies have also decided to head back to the drawing board and redesign their product in hopes that it will be more comparable to that of Apple.
