VanJess Slows Things Down On Slinky Smooth New Single, Slow Down feat. Lucky Daye

Nigerian-American sister duo, VanJess. Has had quite a remarkable 2021. Dropping what’s arguably one of the best projects not only in R&B/Soul, but all of music. So far this year. With their EP, Homegrown. That was released back in February. As well as appearing on singles from TOKiMONSTA back in June and fellow great rising R&B/Soul singer and songwriter, Sinéad Harnett‘s single, Stickin’. That was released as a single last year, but featured on Harnett’s critically-acclaimed sophomore album, Ready Is Always Too Late. That was released back in May.

VanJess revitalizing their, Homegrown EP. By a couple of days ago releasing a slinky smooth new version of one of the projects most standout records, Slow Down. The new version featuring their Keep Cool/RCA Records labelmate and fellow R&B heavyweight, Lucky Daye. Who’s very melodic harmonies marry very perfectly with the just as melodic harmonies of, VanJess. Over the very slinky smooth production from Snakehips & Jonah Christian. As they all sing about wanting to slow things down on the very romantic and slinky smooth ballad. With the brassy saxophone line really accentuating the very sexy harmonies and lyrics from all three very talented singers, even more.
