Though we have heard Raekwon featured on recent singles from DJ Kay Slay and Peter Rosenberg. It’s been nearly a year and a half since we have heard new solo material from, The Chef. Dropping his quick-strike EP, The Appetition in January of 2020.
Raekwon returns today with his upliftingly reflective new single, Bring Dat Doe. That sees him rapping reflectivity about his early struggles to get to his current status of living very comfortably. Both finically and spiritually. With singer, PWright providing the very uplifting hook.
The new track also part of the soundtrack to season 2 of OWN’s drama series, David Makes Man. Which premieres later tonight, Tuesday, June 22 at 9 pm ET.
