G Herbo Debuts Cinematic New Video, Feelings

Fresh off dropping his highly-anticipated latest solo album, P.T.S.D., last Friday, Feb. 28th, Chicago emcee G Herbo returns to the project today.  As he premiered just a short while ago, the very cinematic new Damien Sandoval-directed video for one of the albums most standout tracks, Feelings.  A very real record about his feelings and all he has had to go through with his baby momma to try to peacefully co-parent their son.  The very therapeutic track that also talks about other family issues, dealing with his drug addiction and other trials and tribulations he has had to go through, rightfully so gets a new visual that shows him smoking by a luxury car.  As well as flashing to scenes of him venting about going through the motions of seeing a therapist in his luxurious estate.  As he raps in a very cinematic way about all the therapeutic real ish he has had to go through to try to peacefully co-parent his son, as well as the other trials and tribulations he has had to face to stay out of his feelings.  Which is why the very cinematic-like visuals are perfect to really bring the track to life too.  The new visual is also the second new visual he has dropped within a day.

As he also premiered the very cinematic and provocatively captivating new Laka Films-directed video yesterday for another one of the albums most standout and talked-about tracks, Gangbangin.  That not only finds Herbo rapping about the deep and dark stereotypical reality of gangbangin’ him and a lot in the more Gang-infused areas of Chicago had to grow up with as a sad, more survival like reality.  That isn’t all stereotypical, but in a lot of ways the sad reality a lot of blacks or minorities in not only Chicago, but a lot of American urban areas have to sadly face.  As you can see from part of the visual also showing a man being stereotyped and harassed by a female fed.   Herbo is really bringing these visuals for these tracks truly to life and showing why he’s truly the voice of Chicago and the streets for this generation.
