Pop Icon Janet Jackson Announces, New Black Diamond World Tour & Album

Pop and international icon Janet Jackson has heard her fans loud and clear.  As earlier today Miss Jackson, if ya nasty announced her new Black Diamond World Tour.  Which she will go on this summer to arenas across North America.  The outing also coming with the announcement she will feature an all-new production featuring new music from her highly anticipated, forthcoming album, also titled, Black Diamond, which is set for release sometime this year.  Janet kicking off both the new year and decade in a big way.

Produced by Live Nation, the 34-trek tour will kick off June 24th in Miami and will visit major cities across the U.S. and Canada including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Toronto, Dallas, and many more.  With Janet set to perform songs from her 12 multi-platinum albums including a special performance of Rhythm Nation 1814, which recently marked its 30th Anniversary.  Though more dates in Europe and the rest of the world are expected to be announced and added later on.

Pre-sale tickets expected to go on sale tommorrow, February 11th at JanetJackson.com.  While tickets for the general public go on sale starting this Thursday, February 13th at LiveNation.com.

Black Diamond will be Janet’s first new music since her No. 1 2015 comeback album, Unbreakable.  Which she will celebrate with an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon later tonight.  In which she will discuss the new album, tour and more.  A full list of the current dates can be seen below:
