Jorja Smith Wants Everyone To, Be Honest, In Sensually & Fun New Video ft. Burna Boy

Let’s be honest, Jorja Smith is easily one of the most not only talented singers/songwriters and artists in all of music right now, but also easily one of the most beautifully gorgeous and sexiest women in the whole world.

She proves so yet again on her very catchy new single, the appropriately titled , Be Honest.  A collaboration with Burna Boy, that’s a late Summer anthem and a late entry for possible, Song of the Summer, we didn’t know we needed.  That finds Smith singing the very catchy lyrics over the Afro-Caribbean groove and dancehall-like produced backdrop from Izy & Cadenza.  The latter previously producing one of Jorja’s previous singles, Where Did I Go?, she released in 2016.

The accompanying Amber Grace Johnson-directed video, which was premiered earlier today through Vevo by far not only easily one of the best music videos this year, but of the past several years too.  The very sensual and fun retro-style visual was shot through various locations in London, from Rye Lane Market and Peckham Liberal Club to Rotheride Tunnel with Smith’s real life best friends, Erin and Sandra.  As they celebrate all the various great things that go on during a sweltering hot day in the Summer, like trying to stay cool in the kind of heat that requires them to wear bathing suits and short shirts and shorts with plenty of baby oil in front of fans and air-conditioning trying to cool off from the heat in their walk-up apartment, before trying to not miss all of the last fleeting moments of the Summer.  Like break-ins at the neighbourhood pool and enjoying midnight dips in the pool, as well as jet-ski drifting and spending time dancing and shopping for jewelry at the neighborhood market.

As Smith shows off her sensually effortless sexy beauty and great, as well as talented singing/songwriting, while singing the very flirty and catchy lyrics about wanting others to be honest about their feelings for her and that she doesn’t have time for indecisive potential lovers/romantic relationships.

The very fun and sensual new visual/record showing how more carefree and infinitely imaginative Smith is becoming with a lot of her newer material.  Which is also her first new solo material since her very critically-acclaimed debut album, Lost & Found, dropped last year.  You can watch the very nostalgically fun and retro-style, as well as sensually amazing and imaginative new visual below.
