Apollo Brown and Joell Ortiz are getting ready to release their highly-anticipated collaborative debut album, Mona Lisa, in a little over a month on October 26th and after giving us a first taste of the album with lead single, Decisions, last month, the producer and rapper duo are back. As they give us their very grimey and raw newest single, Timberlan’d Up, which has a very dope boom bap sample that finds Ortiz giving some of his best rhymes and his friend, as well as fellow former Slaughterhouse member, Royce Da 5’9″ giving a killer guest verse.
