While today that changes, Kane not only delivers her very powerfully soulful new single, Feel The Need, which finds the singer showing off her very passionately and powerful soaring delivery along with her very soulfully passionate vocals that harkens back to former Motown greats such as James Brown and Smokey Robinson. Which is quite appropriate since she is also Detroit-bred and raised herself and the new single really showing how great of a singer and songwriter Kane truly is with the way she hypnotizes you with as soon as the hypnotizing catchy, yet soulful hook strings you in like the guitars in the backdrop, as she very passionately with her very soulfully passionate vocals sings about the need everybody feels to have love. A long lost great singer and secret weapon, as well as talent that even despite getting a co-sign from the late great, Prince, before he passed, still hasn’t gotten her just full due, this new single and her newly announced EP, Imperial Soul, which is set for release in a couple of weeks on September 28, 2018, should be the project that finally does so. Especially if the rest of the EP sounds as soulfully great and amazing as this first single, which you can listen to below.
