The O’My’s Drop Very Reflective New Black-and-White Video, Idea feat. Chance The Rapper

Hometown Chicago Soul/Jazz/R&B group, The O’My’s, just today released their brand new album, Tomorrow.  To coincide with its release the duo, which is comprised of Chicago’s own Maceo Haymes and Nick Hennessey, released premiered earlier today through Pitchfork, the very reflective new Jason Peterson and Annex co-directed video for, Idea.  A black-and-white visual, which finds the duo caught in a downpour of rain in their very own Chicago streets that creates a reflectivity somber mood of the city’s buildings, as they sing their lyrics and play the piano.  Their longtime friend and Chicago’s very own, Chance the Rapper, joins them, as standing underneath an umbrella he raps his own very reflective and insightful guest verse of the very soothing record.  Which is so soothingly really brought to life in the new visual.
