After a long hiatus from releasing albums, legendary mixtape DJ, DJ Kay Slay is getting ready to drop his newest album, The Big Brother, next month on Sept. 22nd.
One of the more anticipated tracks, the very soulful Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller and Kevin Gates featured, Cold Summer, is just the latest to be released from the upcoming album. Which is choke full of a star-studded and diverse, amazing list of guest features, ranging from the likes of Tech N9ne to Busta Rhymes, The Game, Scarface, Raekwon, Jadakiss, Beanie Sigel, Dave East, Jay Rock, Fat Joe, Nipsey Hu$$le, Ice-T, Kool G Rap and several others.
The brand new scorcher, which features Lamar, Miller and Gates, that was premiered earlier today through Pitchfork, doesn’t disappoint either. All three emcees going in and former longtime Roc-A-Fella singer Rell’s very soulful hook providing the perfect touch to complement their scorching hot verses, which cool things just right for, Cold Summer.
