Young RJ Shows Everybody Has Issues, In Eye-Opening New Video, For, Issues feat. BJ The Chicago Kid

Earlier today through Vevo, Slum Village member, Young RJ, dropped the eye-opening new Diego Cruz-directed video for his very soulful and heartfelt latest single, Issues featuring BJ the Chicago Kid.

Taking from Young RJ’s upcoming debut album, Blaq RoyalT, set to drop this fall, the new visual finds him telling a thought-provoking story through his lyrics about the current political climate, how the inner cities are treated and last, but definitely least, people’s own personal demons.  With BJ’s very soulful and heartfelt chorus really making the record that much more powerful.

In the very eye-opening and just as powerful visuals, which have RJ, but not BJ in it, it really brings the record truly to life too.  As it has many different races in my different situations and issues we all go through and showing how everyone handles those issues differently.

“In my vast travels around the world I have come to realize that 16 bars can affect people’s lives in many ways; everyone is experiencing the same problems and have the same issues” Young RJ said about the video/record. “The hood is not just a black/brown problem confined to the inner city.”

You can really see that when you watch the video and listen to Young RJ’s thought-provoking lyrics too.
