Jamila Woods Drops Breezy, Cool New, LSD Visual feat. Chance The Rapper, Just In Time For End Of Summer

As the summer months start to wind down and you can really feel the cool lake breeze of Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Jamila Woods drops through Vevo the new Sam Bailey and Vincent Martell, co-directed video for her breezy cool and amazing LSD single featuring fellow Chicago native, Chance the Rapper.

Off her critically-acclaimed debut album, HEAVN, the soulful records visual finds Jamila walking down the beaches and through the water of lake shore drive, as well as stopping through a summer BBQ where Chance and a bunch of her friends are.

As you can see below when you watch it, it’s a very beautiful visual too, which is so visually stimulating and truly shot crisp to perfection.  The perfectly vibrant shooting and editing of the video, just right, to truly bring the breezy sounds of the record and end of the summer months, like an actual cool breezy Chicago day, as we get ready to head into the fall, truly to life.

Currently only available digitally, the album will see a physical release on Oct. 6 too.  Which is one reason why the soulful singer, songwriter and activist teamed with Chicago Public Schools own Vam Studio to release the new CPS student-directed visual.
