Henson, Octavia Spencer and singer Janelle Monáe as Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan and Mary Jackson, tells the untold story that many people don’t know about these three African-American women mathematicians being hired by NASA to be very key figures to a lot of NASA’s first space missions. The film is set to be be released on Christmas Day, while the soundtrack is set to be released on Dec. 9th.
