New Video Anderson .Paak – Come Down

Anderson .Paak has had a pretty breakout year that started with his critically acclaimed Malibu project he released in January, his signing with Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment imprint and more recently his first full length collaboration project with producer Knwledge, Yes Lawd!  So earlier today he followed that up by dropping arguably without a doubt possibly the greatest video of the year with his visual for his very funky, immediate hit, Come Down record.  Off said Malibu project, the standout record, which is by far one of my favorite songs of the year finds Anderson and The Free Nationals headed to Malibu before performing at a speakeasy for an enthusiastic crowd where chaos ensues.  Essentially a live recreation of Ernie Barnes’ popular 1970s painting, The Sugar Shack and some of his favorite soul album covers, .Paak and The Free Nationals rock out and essentially shakes down the roof with an electrifying performance of the record before heading outside in the parking lot to continue the party with a funky performance outside.  We even see some more debauchery such as .Paak gambling in the back and other chaos going on that you have to watch in the visual below of to see how the whole playful and chaoticness eventually plays out.
