R&B/Soul legend and Chicago native Dave Hollister recently signed with Shanachie Entertainment, who announced that in conjunction with Conjuction Entertainment, TopNotch Music and Hollister Music Group, they will release Hollister’s new album, The MANuscript on Aug. 19th. So Hollister and Shanachie Entertainment just released the lead single to the project, Definition of a Woman. A smooth and moving ballad, where Dave gets his grown folk on, as by the strings and keys of the Walter W. Millsap III classic contemporary R&B sound he shows off those amazing soulful and smooth classic vocals of his, while also giving us that feel good grown folks music sound, which makes grab your lady to slow dance with.
