With his debut Jamla project, Between Heaven and Hell set to drop this Thursday, fellow Chicago native and the homie Add-2 gives us some new heat with the very lively Khrysis-produced, Club Church. Another very amazing track from Add, where he compares the parallels between the club and church and really paints a great imagery with his lyrics of what the club was like if it was a church and vice versa. It’s another track that really shows off how talented and great of an emcee Add is to and why he’s a personal fav of mine that has me looking really forward to hearing the full EP he crafted with Khrysis. By the way if you’re from Chicago or in the area this weekend be sure to check Add’s first major show here at home since signing to 9th Wonder’s Jamla Records at The Shrine this Friday Nov. 22nd, which will also feature performances from Add’s Jamla labelmates 9th, Khrysis and Rapsody in a Jamla Records showcase.
