According to sources, the web domain GoDaddy and the thousands of sites it hosts were kicked offline yesterday by a member of Anonymous known as AnonymousOwn3r.
The individual’s profile reads “Security leader of #Anonymous (~Official member~),” who seems to be Brazil-based. No reason has been given yet as to why GoDaddy became a target but the person did tweet but the assumed party member did tweet the following…
“I’m not anti go daddy, you guys will undestand because i did this attack.”
In the meantime frustrated users are hurling complaints at the network giant for the missed business suffered just 24 hrs ago…
