Busta Rhymes to Headline 2012 Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival

Brooklyn native Busta Rhymes will be headlining this year’s Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival, happening July 9th to the 14th.

While the full lineup has yet to be announced, Busta Rhymes will be curating the entire day’s events (July 16). They’re calling it “Busta Rhymes and Friends” As the festival goes into it’s eighth year, organized by the folks at Brooklyn Bodega blog, It’s something of a natural progression from last year’s edition with Q-tip where he brought out Busta to perform “Scenario” (Other surprise guests at that show included Kanye West, Black Thought and Monie Love.) This year it’s Busta’s turn to take center stage and bring out his own share of guests.

Busta and Brooklyn Bodega will be filling out the rest of the lineup in days to come, but general tickets are on sale now.
