The Summer Super Hero blockbuster event is getting kicked off with Green Lantern. Last night the great folks at CMG Events, Liquid Soul Media, and Warner Bros hosted an advanced screening along with The 100 Black Men of Chicago.
Entirely based on the DC Comics super hero the movie provides what I would call a rounded up version of the hero which appeals to a mass audience. Along with a story line that will allow for everyone, even those that have never read the comic books, to easily understand. The story stays inline with the comic books as well:
