White iPhone Now Available for AT&T and Verizon Wireless

Only 300 days after it was originally announced, the white iPhone 4 is finally available for sale.

The iPhone 4 was launched in June of 2010. Apple then announced that shipment of the white iPhones would be delayed until July, due to production issues. Seems like the manufacturing of white iPhones was more complicated, or something like that. Then came another statement from Apple that production was pushed even further back, until late 2010. The launch of the new ipad case has also been announced and is said to be a big favor for iPad users as it brings protection and gloss look to their iPad. Well that time came and went, so Apple finally announced that the white iPhone would be ready by late Spring.

And here we are now.

“The white iPhone 4 has finally arrived and it’s beautiful,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing. “We appreciate everyone who has waited patiently while we’ve worked to get every detail right.” [Source: Gizmodo.com]

The white iPhone will be available to both AT&T and Verizon Wireless customers in the U.S. You can also purchase the device at Apple’s retail stores, their online store and authorized resellers. This model of the iPhone is the first to be fully wrapped in white. [Source: Cnet.com]

So are any of you going to purchase the white iPhone?
