Afeni Shakur, TuPAc’s mother and ex-Black Panther was arrested earlier this month on April 16th and charged with felony possession of marijuana, simple possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance.
According to the Fayetteville Observer bail was set at $10,000, and Afeni is currently out on bond, according to court reports. She is due back in Robeson County District Court on May 10.
