Rapper/Actor Mos Def is hitting the road in support of his latest release The Ecstatic. Mos Def will be traveling across North America playing songs off of his new CD from August to mid-September.
Opening for Mos Def is New Orleans MC and boyfriend of Erykah Badu, Jay Electronica. Badu will make two appearances on the tour; September 3rd in San Francisco, and September 5th in Los Angeles.
Another act making a couple of shots on the tour are Mos Def associates Reflection Eternal. Talib Kweli and DJ Hi-Tek will join the tour on August 21st in Denver, September 8th in Boston and on September 17th in Philadelphia.
